Easylaser is proud to announce a significant hardware upgrade to our flagship 3015 Fiber Laser Cutting Machine. While the 6000W power source offers incredible speed, we have focused this update on what happens inside the machine to ensure long-term reliability for our global clients.
High-power laser cutting generates extreme heat that can, over time, affect the accuracy of the machine frame. To solve this, we’ve introduced two major structural improvements:
For the first time in our 3015 series, we have integrated industrial refractory bricks into the high-heat zones of the bed.
The Function: These bricks act as a thermal barrier, absorbing excess laser energy and protecting the steel frame from direct heat exposure.
The Result: This prevents the bed from warping after years of thick-plate cutting, maintaining the machine’s factory-level precision for a much longer period.
We have moved away from standard tube-welding for this 6000W model, opting instead for a High-Tensile Plate-Welded Bed.
Why it matters: A plate-welded structure is significantly heavier and more rigid. After undergoing high-temperature annealing to remove internal stress, this bed provides a rock-solid foundation.
The Benefit: Even during high-speed acceleration, the machine remains vibration-free. This ensures that every cut—from thin sheets to 25mm carbon steel—is smooth and accurate.
